When Arthur Garrison and Jessey Walter’s friends Dane West and Dasey Thompson start to have the butterflies about meeting their crush, making a good first impression isn’t the only thing they should be nervous about.

Haunted Butterflies is director Christopher J. Thomas’ student project for his Short Film 1 Production class. It touches on the themes of self esteem, confidence, and falling in love as a teenager. He plans on sending it to festivals, along with pitching it to expand the world of Haunted Butterflies into a feature length story, full of PG-13 scares and a love story that resonates with pre-teens and teenagers alike.
